Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 3 working days and in the majority of cases, delivery is made the next working day. All stated delivery times are on a "best endeavour" basis. If you do not receive your order within 3 working days, please contact us for an update.

Delivery is free on all orders valued at £50 or more (excluding VAT). For orders less than £50 in value, the cost of delivery varies depending on the supplier, and you can see the delivery charge for the cheapest four supplier basket totals by looking at the bar chart graphic which is located in the top right corner of the website.

Please note that the delivery charges displayed only relate to UK mainland addresses.
When you proceed through the checkout stages and have logged in, you will see a breakdown of all costs before making your purchase. If your delivery address is not within the UK mainland it is at this stage that the full delivery charge is displayed, which may include an additional charge.

If you use the multiple delivery address feature, each delivery address is liable for a charge (unless the order value for each delivery address totals £50 or more, excluding VAT). All delivery charges will be totalled up during the checkout process and are visible before you pay for your order.

Returning items

Returns policy: Damaged/faulty items

Please check all items as soon as they are received and contact us within 3 days of receipt with details of any damaged/faulty items. The Mintprice.com customer services team will arrange for collection of the damaged/faulty goods (which must be in the original packaging) and for a replacement to be sent.

Returns policy: Items not ordered/delivered in error

Please check all items as soon as they are received and contact us within 3 days of receipt with details of any items that you did not order. The Mintprice.com customer services team will arrange for collection of these items, which must be in the original packaging and unopened.

Returns policy: Items not required/ordered in error

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a returns number and address so that you can send any unwanted items directly to the warehouse and for a credit to be raised/refund processed. Please note that there is generally a re-stock fee of between 15% and 25%* (minimum £15.00), although this may be updated from time to time by the wholesaler. This charge may be applied to items no longer required / or ordered in error. Note also that some items are non-returnable (see below). Note that returned goods must be in the original packaging and unopened and returned in a saleable condition using the outer packaging that you received the item in.

Returns policy: Non-returnable items

Please note that dated items such as diaries and wall planners are non-returnable, plus perishable goods including food/drink items are non-returnable. In addition, some furniture items are non-returnable.
