Delivery

Usually orders will be delivered within 3 working days and in the majority of cases delivery is next day. All stated delivery times are on a "best endeavour" basis. If you do not receive your order within 3 working days please contact us for an update.

The cost of delivery varies depending on the supplier although you can see the delivery charge for the cheapest four supplier basket totals located in the top right corner of the site. If delivery is not free please hover over the "i" icon to view all details regarding delivery e.g. how much more to spend to be entitled for free delivery. Please note the delivery charges displayed only relate to UK mainland addresses.

When you proceed through the checkout stages and have logged in you will see a breakdown of all the costs before making your purchase. If your delivery address is not within UK mainland it’s at this stage the correct delivery charge is displayed as an extra charge may apply to non UK mainland addresses.

If you use the multiple delivery address feature each delivery address is liable for a charge. All delivery charges will be totalled up during the checkout process before you pay for your order.

Returning items

Each supplier has their own Returns policy which is included in their Terms and Conditions which you must accept before making a purchase. We advise you to read the Supplier’s Terms and Conditions before purchasing. In general if you receive your order damaged or faulty please contact the supplier immediately to resolve the problem. If your item encounters a fault outside the supplier’s returns policy although during the manufacturer’s warranty we advise you to contact the manufacturer directly.

Please note a restock fee may be applied by the supplier when returning items. Dated items such as diaries and wall planners are non returnable after certain times of the year, please contact us for further clarification on the suppliers returns policy for dated products you are looking to purchase.
