Terms & Conditions

The Mintprice.com challenge is only open to businesses spending less than £15,000 pa on office supplies/stationery and is designed to demonstrate the level of savings that a typical business will make on purchases. To enable us to conduct a fair analysis of your purchases, certain conditions must be met:

• You must supply at least 3 months’ most recent invoices from a single, recognised business stationery supplier showing product codes and prices of individual items
• Your invoice(s) must contain at least 10 different items.
• Savings will be calculated on the total value of all products (except excluded products below).
• We need to exclude some products: paper, ink/toner cartridges and furniture will be excluded from the analysis due to the volatile nature of pricing. Additionally, products sold under special price promotions are also excluded, as are discontinued items or items that Mintprice.com is unable to supply.
• To enable fair price comparisons, 2011 prices will be adjusted for inflation at the current RPI rate of 5.2%.
• £50 will be paid as an M&S voucher.
• Promotion ends July 31st 2012 and we reserve the right to refuse entry if the above conditions are not met.
